Final Results of UniUSA Athletes in the 2026 FISU America Games
The 2026 FISU America Games have officially concluded and the United States of America has come out on top with a total medal count of 205 (96 gold, 67 silver, and 42 bronze).
Men’s Basketball: GOLD!
The men's basketball team from Indiana University took home the gold after a 115-36 win against Peru, a 120-65 win over Virgin Islands, a 107-40 win over Chile in the semifinals, and a 99-57 win against Virgin Islands in the finals.
Women’s Basketball: GOLD!
The women's basketball team from Rutgers University earned their spot as champs after a 101-51 against Peru, a 95-45 win against Argentina, a 95-32 win against Ecuador, a 70-44 win against Chile, and an 80-38 win against Argentina in the finals.
Women’s Beach Volleyball: SILVER!
The women's beach volleyball team from the University of San Diego started the tournament off strong with some wins by Madison White and Samantha Herman. This duo made it to the elimination round and fell just short of a medal win.
Lauren Watson and Nikole Egan wrapped up their competition, earning silver.
Men’s Soccer: BRONZE!
The men's soccer team from the University of Washington achieved a 7-1 win against Peru, a 1-1 tie against Canada, a 5-0 win against Ecuador, and a 7-0 against Argentina before earning bronze in the finals against Chile (5-2).
Women’s Volleyball: GOLD!
The Women’s Volleyball Team from the University of San Diego earned their spot as #1 out of 7 teams from various countries. They started the tournament off with a 3-1 win over Brazil, a 3-0 win over Colombia, and a 3-0 win over Peru before advancing to the semifinals where they beat Argentina 3-1. Their gold medals were awarded after a 3-0 win over Chile in the finals.

The swim team, with 44 swimmers (22 men and 22 women) from 27 universities has broken 3 FISU America records, university records, and is securing medals left & right. We can hardly keep track of all the wins!
